Intelligent Call Transfer Handling
The Multisuns auto attendant answers incoming calls with your own personalized greeting. It then invites the caller or dials a desired extension, live operator, or message-recording device. Following the caller’s response, it rings the selected phone and waits for an answered.  Once the phone is answered it connects both parties immediately. If the dialed phone is busy or unanswered, it informs the caller of the    status, allowing him to continue waiting or to select other options. Multisuns auto attendants can be configured to direct your calls to your secretary, relieving you from unexpected disturbances. It can allow you to switch between the live operator and auto attendant by simply pressing a button. It can automatically forward outside calls to the backup operator when it discovers your operator is unavailable.
