The mission of the Engineering Department is to provide information, recommendations, and services to construct, preserve and improve the hotel maintenance. Staff offers technical assistance to ensure hotel improvements are cost-effective and consistent with hotel standards.

Services of the Engineering Department include: Hotel Maintenance

We have an experienced and highly-skilled team of property level Maintenance Engineers that we regularly utilize as trainers, trouble-shooters and task team members.  Preventive maintenance programs serve to preclude avoidable problems.

  • Cost-effectively managing, designing, and inspecting  hotel work and other hotel improvement projects
  • Providing development review services to the hotel for building and development plans, including preventive services
  • Reviewing and approving plans for privately constructed hotel improvement projects
  • Managing hotel Works information and mapping systems
  • Administer assessable construction projects; determine assessments; track Irrevocable Petitions for improvements
  • Comprehensive preventive maintenance programs are standard operating procedure
